SERVICES

Mr. Doddridge’s firm has worked with attorneys throughout New York, New Jersey and New England.

Apart from David Doddridge’s wealth of experience in construction and building inspection, litigation support requires a full understanding of the background surrounding each case.  It also requires intensive analysis of deposition transcripts, interrogatories, photographs, communications exchanged between the parties, and all related documentation, including court filings.

Site review is recommended if the site conditions have remained static.  Photographs may be taken at that time.

Our opinions are formed via researching state and federal codes, industry standards, and local practices. We provide opinions of validity/invalidity of a dispute. We estimate corrective costs in construction disputes and remedial costs in injury disputes and will include settlement opinions. Mediation and arbitration assistance and trial testimony are provided if necessary.

Court testimony has averaged no more than one to two times yearly; arbitration averages the same. Virtually 95 percent of all cases are settled.
